Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel a service order within 24 hours of payment if no work has been initiated. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted once service delivery has commenced.

A refund may be issued if:
You cancel within 24 hours and work has not started
There is a proven failure on our part to deliver the agreed service
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
Services have already been started or delivered
Delays caused by client non-responsiveness
Subjective reasons (e.g., "change of mind")
